Draught, 300ml at the brewpub as Blanche, 5.6 % abv A wheat haze to a yellow-gold coloured body. Just a ring of small bubbles to the rim of the surface. Dotted spots to the glassware. Wheat and yeasty fruitiness on the nose. Wheat, pears and tart fruity flavours. Dominated tartness to the ending. Not than well balances, about drinkable though (Strasbourg, 26.07.2014).

jaghana (4168) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - AUG 8, 2012
On tap @brewery, a cloudy yellow beer with low head. Aroma is malty with lemon and round notes, finish is slightly hopy with fresh bread notes, not bad body, fruit notes such as curacao. Well balanced, ok !

larsga (6323) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 20, 2010
Medium creamy lasting white head. Hazy opaque pale yellow body. Spicy floral aroma with wheaty citric notes. Fresh and clear. Dry-sweetish spicy floral mealy taste with citric notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish mealy spicy floral citric aftertaste. Very drinkable, balanced, and harmonic. Lovely and fresh in the heat. (0.25l draft at brewpub. It was just listed as "blanche". Not sure whether it was this one or another. Should probably be "Biere Blanche".)

MiP (13799) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 30, 2006
Draught, 5.6%. Nicely spicely, slightly citric aroma. A sweet spiciness with cloves. Cloudy yellow colour. Small, tight white head. The flavour is citricly refreshing, spicy, with a good cloviness balancing the lemon flavour. Perhaps a little on the sweet side, but very good.
