Golden brown with a frothy white head. Cooked vegetable aroma with notes of cinnamon and honey. Flavor is pretty bland, just a light honey sweetness coming through. Overly carbonated... but an interesting experience nonetheless. Thanks to swoopjones. swoopjones (1933), Buffalo, New York, USA

Looked better than I expected. Vegetal aroma with like a honey mead like smell. Taste was spritzy, bordering on over carbonation. Carrots? Pretty harsh. Glad I tried but no need for more Diogène (584), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 3/20 | May 18, 2009 Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with a thick frothy white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is a wierd mix of vegetables, caramel, and metal. Flavor is vegetable broth and malt, not much hops. Only positive things here are appearance and palate... probstk (1085), Nepean, Ontario, Canada

Head does stay long. Carott taste seems natural... just weird. kev26 (23), Canada
