2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from a French supermarket. Murky golden (due to bad pour) beer with a thin white head. Has the taste of a wheat beer with citrus and spice. A very light body. Refreshing but very watery.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
GOlden and very clear body (if the yeast is not poured) with big bubbly and unstable head. Fresh farmhouse yeast, clementine, sweet dough, like donuts. Actually much better than I expected, to be honest. Taste is just okay, although a nice light citrus is present and a refreshing bitterness lasts until the end. Short aftertaste. Mouth feel is a bit watery, but not too much. Definitely tastes better than (how I suppose) the Loire water itself would taste. :) Okay Belgian ale with nice yeasty aroma. (33cl bottle)
