bottle bought from the village itself in Bouillon after visiting the brewery. Nice browny colour with small white head. Smell: some roasted malts, very soft. Taste: very soft as well, a huge lack of palate and very boring beer.

[330ml bottle, Brasserie de Bouillon] Pours a slightly hazy amber, with a fluffy white head. Diminishes very quickly to a thin lacing, but the beer remains extremely effervescent. Sour fruity notes on the nose, and then on the taste. Quite thin on the palate, kind of disappointing [18082010]

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium to light amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted - caramel, light yeasty, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry, caramel, malty notes, old beer but not vintage .. strange beer. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20101012]

Bottle from Utobeer. Pours red copper with a lacing head. Nice, spicy honey nose, followed by more of the same in the mouth. Well-balanced, not too sweet. Quite nice, actually.

bottle - Pours slightly hazy light amber with a two finger off white, lasting head that laces well. The aroma is a nice blend of fruit and malt. It tastes of sweet caramel malt with a light kiss of dark fruit. Pretty good.
