2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle bought from the village itself in Bouillon after visiting the brewery. Nice browny colour with small white head. Smell: some roasted malts, very soft. Taste: very soft as well, a huge lack of palate and very boring beer.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
[330ml bottle, Brasserie de Bouillon] Pours a slightly hazy amber, with a fluffy white head. Diminishes very quickly to a thin lacing, but the beer remains extremely effervescent. Sour fruity notes on the nose, and then on the taste. Quite thin on the palate, kind of disappointing

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle - Pours slightly hazy light amber with a two finger off white, lasting head that laces well. The aroma is a nice blend of fruit and malt. It tastes of sweet caramel malt with a light kiss of dark fruit. Pretty good.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ einde der beschaving gent. Bottle has another label than the one pictured here but it must be the same beer. I probably had a more recent version of it. Pours golden with a white head. Malty aroma’s. Honey, syrupy but balanced with a decent hopbitterness and even a tad sour. Rather complex for this ABV.
