Parket (568) - Bruges, BELGIUM - MAY 12, 2011
bottle bought from the village itself in Bouillon after visiting the brewery. Nice browny colour with small white head. Smell: some roasted malts, very soft. Taste: very soft as well, a huge lack of palate and very boring beer.

BeerCast_Rich (1847) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 5, 2011
[330ml bottle, Brasserie de Bouillon] Pours a slightly hazy amber, with a fluffy white head. Diminishes very quickly to a thin lacing, but the beer remains extremely effervescent. Sour fruity notes on the nose, and then on the taste. Quite thin on the palate, kind of disappointing [18082010]

fonefan (34166) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2010

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium to light amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted - caramel, light yeasty, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry, caramel, malty notes, old beer but not vintage .. strange beer. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20101012]

altonbrownd (3766) - Brussels, BELGIUM - SEP 19, 2010
Bottle from Brussels farmers market. Light amber body with big puffy head. Nose of caramel and dark berries. Taste is quite subdued with notes of malts, sweet, caramel and berries. Okay but not much to it.

thebeertourist (4755) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2010
Bottle from Utobeer. Pours red copper with a lacing head. Nice, spicy honey nose, followed by more of the same in the mouth. Well-balanced, not too sweet. Quite nice, actually.

bottle - Pours slightly hazy light amber with a two finger off white, lasting head that laces well. The aroma is a nice blend of fruit and malt. It tastes of sweet caramel malt with a light kiss of dark fruit. Pretty good.

Bontus (625) - Flanders, BELGIUM - MAR 26, 2009
Bottle @ einde der beschaving gent. Bottle has another label than the one pictured here but it must be the same beer. I probably had a more recent version of it. Pours golden with a white head. Malty aroma’s. Honey, syrupy but balanced with a decent hopbitterness and even a tad sour. Rather complex for this ABV.

Bottle. Tanks to Peter who brought this all the way from Belgium to Sweden. Pours little hazy and amber colour. It has a yellowish head. Aroma is sweet malty and little sour, rubberish. Palate is little dry. Flavor is sweet and in the same way little sourish. The malt has some caramel.
