Rating nummer 1600.

Bubbly white head with light watermelon aromas. Hazy light orange body with sediments. Looks like organic apple juice. Fizzes in large bubbles. Thick in mouth but not long. Averagely Hoppy.

330ml bottle, batch 100, kindly shared by Finn. Pours a clear golden body under a pearl white head, some of it remaining. Perfumed soapy aroma. Mid-sweet, perfumed hoppy taste added by ginger. Lemony hints to the ending. Medium to thin bodied. Unvaried, but possible to drink (at Finns, Tromsø 27.05.2014).

Flaske 0,33l fra Brune Rousse Houblon, Nice. Batch 100.

Bought at Brune Rousse Houblon in Nice, enjoyed at home
Golden hazy, white head that falls down to a excuisite low layer of white. Smells of orange peel, citrus and belgian yeast. The citrus is quite aggressive in mouth, this has to be an additive. (and yes it was). Unfortunatly it makes the beer taste a bit like dish water. For the rest it’s lightly malty and lightly sweet. The citrus additive makes a bad palate for me. I think this beer is ment to be France’s answer to Tuborg Lime Cut. Well they have beaten the hell out of Tuborg....but is this wat a craft brewery should make? I’m not the one to judge

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow colour with a thin white head. The beer has a real spice aroma with hints of coriander, but also their is plenty of citrus as well. The taste is sweet with spices in the background the beer finishes with a dry bitter citrus taste.

Bottle at the Saveurs d’Eléonore in Menton (it wasn’t exactly a bar, Natko :p ).
Poured a quite hazy yellow body with a thick white head. Very light pleasant bready/lemony nose. Spicy dry taste, some coriander? Light agrumey notes. Ok, drinkable beer and definitely a great find.

09/10 A 0.33 l bottle in a bar in Menton. It poured murky yellow body with medium sized head. Spicy peppery and raisin aroma, yeasty, pleasant but quite weak. Flavor was subtly nice Bittersweet with honey and banana, some oranges (I didn’t feel lemon) and spiciness. But watery, like Belgian Wits, not regular blond Ales. That thin body can only offer you short and unfortunately slightly papery finish. Just OK one, misses body and some rounding.

Bottle bought in the Old Town, Nice, France. Pale yellow color, white head. Spicy aroma, citrus notes. Malty, quite discreet flavor with a slightly unpleasant hoppy finish.
