bevendola, ho sentito odore di agrumi, molto piacevoli all’olfatto,al palato rimane un bel gusto dolce.
Poco amara,ma molto beverina, nela bottiglia presenta molti lieviti in sospensione. JorisPPattyn (5171), Antwerpen, Belgium
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 15, 2007 Old cognac colour, no head. Slight brandy touch in the nose as well, hints at coriander, well-defined and elegant. Sweet taste, with a bit of orange, and yet again some corianderish flavour, but a bit plain, nowhere as classy as the classical Rio Maggio. Medium body, slick, even a bit oily MF. Just a bit average beer, no faults to throw a stone at, but with nothing but spelt, it is obviously difficult to reach a top result.
