330ml bottle (exp 9/14) from Enoteca Sileno, Lygon St, Melbourne. Pours unfiltered golden-amber with short lasting white head that stabilises to a firm layer providing a scanty lace. Nose has notes of rye bread, honey, vanilla spice and orangey citrus. Not much hop presence. Palate is medium sweet with lightish texture, body and carbonation making for easy drinkability. Mild dry bitter finish. Quite delicate and refreshing.

330 ml bottle. L15. BB 11/10/12. (Da’r Gallo) Pisa, Italy.
Hazy orangey golden colour with small white head. Yeast (Belgian style), baking soda, mild sweetness and malt in aroma. Flavour is malt, yeast, some sweetness and more yeast. Mild carbonation. Not bad but there’s no need for a lap of honor.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 11.10.2012, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20121208) The beer poured muddy coloured and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had baking yeast, sweetness, malts and Belgians style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, yeast, white bread, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty, malty and bitter. Too yeasty and bit unclean but otherwise ok.
