Papsoe’s tasting, courtesy of yespr. Brown pour with light white head. Some sweet chocolate in the aroma along with some raisins. Kind of nice. The taste was a much different animal. This beer was way too lively on the palate for what it is and maybe that’s what prevented me from getting much taste out of it. I vaguely caught some toffee but not much else. Lightly sweet on the finish.

(Bottle 66 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, dark reddish brown with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of fruit, flowers and roasted malt. Medium-bodied with sweetish roasted malt. Subdued bitterness. Quite nice. 220308

Bottle. A dark red brown beer with a big beige head. The aroma and taste is of yeast, fruits and caramel and roasted malt. Medium body with a light sweet finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also with light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and roasted malt. Thanks yespr for sharing.
