MaxxDaddy (208), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Apr 9, 2008 Papsoe’s tasting, courtesy of yespr. Brown pour with light white head. Some sweet chocolate in the aroma along with some raisins. Kind of nice. The taste was a much different animal. This beer was way too lively on the palate for what it is and maybe that’s what prevented me from getting much taste out of it. I vaguely caught some toffee but not much else. Lightly sweet on the finish.
