Non male, bevuta al Quinto Quarto a Genova (in centro) accompagnata con un piattino di salumi; finita a fatica a causa del gran caldo (e anche perché avevo già mangiato e bevuto all’Exultate ghgh), tuttavia è stata un assaggio di buona piacevolezza; schiuma estremamente evanescente, color rubino, aroma fruttato (frutti rossi) e sapore leggermente piccante. Si sente il farro ma lascia una buona impressione

Good yellowish head over hazy amber beer. Very spiced nose, orange peel, parsley, raspberry syrup - if fleetingly - and a lot of malts, not necessarily barley. Less orange, even less raspberry, but all still there. Lots of restsweetness; pleasing, but making it into a slow-drinking beer. A drinkbeer that isn’t one - I’d say a good one to taste with some friends on a summer terrace.
