COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour. In order to enjoy the fullness of its flavour, we advise you to savour it at a temperature of between 7° and 10°C.

0.33l bottle at home. Clear amber color with beige head that diminished quickly. Malty and pleasantly spicy aroma. Spicy bitter flavor with some caramel and malt tones. Well balanced beer. Good ale.

Pours a nice clear amber with a large slightly off-white head. Great retention and lace. Peppery, fruity aroma, also some apricot and chestnut. Soft mouthful, lightly fruity and sweet, with a warming feel to it. Quick finish. Pleasant but nothing too special.

Amber. Unclear, unfiltered with a thick and stable head. Medium bolied. Sweetish yet dry and only discreetly hopped. A beer close to being perfectly balanced. Good but prefered the blond.

Bottled. Clear, golden, with a decent off-white head. Sweet on the nose, with caramel, fruits, raisins and some alcohol. Dried fruits, cellar and sweetness in the flavor. Dry, full-bodied and with some sweetness. Long, weak finish with a good dash of hops. A nice beer, but anonymous. (060704)

33 cl bottle. Yeast at the bottom. Dark amber colour with a huge rocky head. Aroma of yeast, sweet caramel and light maltness. Yeasty flavour with caramel, pepper and some spice, ends up alcoholic and hints of chocolate too.

Bottle. Clear orange coloured with a huge off white head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruits and alcohol. Strange flavour of caramel, chemicals and dried fruits. A bit watery. Strange beer.

Bottle, BB 08. VERY thick beer, looks frozen. Cloudy dark orange colour, no head. Very thick, very syrupy mouthfeel, not exactly to my liking. Weak maltiness in flavour, low to medium bitterness. A bit boring and strange.
