The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour. In order to enjoy the fullness of its flavour, we advise you to savour it at a temperature of between 7° and 10°C.

Bottle. [thanks big-bro]. Pours a muddy orange amber. A small off-white creamy head with a minimum of lacing. there are loads of particles in the liquid. Aroma has a clear definition of apples along with a caramel background and some spices. Quite high in carbonation. Sweet flavour with a good dose of caramel. Lightly fruity, but with an underlying feel of cardboard that ruins the experience a little bit.

Bottle. Brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is spiced, vinous and very fruity. The flavour is very rich, nicely spiced and quite roasted and vinous. Overall a good Belgian beer.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a small long lasting light brown head. Aroma of well toasted malt, bit fruitiness, spices and alcohol. The flavour is smooth with a good toasty maltiness, caramel, some spices, some frutiness and alcohol. Sweet spiced alco finish. Great brew!

Rød øl, med smag af belgisk ale. Øllen er stærk, men eller forholdsmæssig nem at drikke. Minder en del om classic, bare lidt sødere, lidt stærkere og en anden gær (belgisk)

Bottled. Hazy coppery colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is alcoholic with some malty hints. Also some very yeasty notes along with caramel once it warm up a bit. Flavour is the same, along with hints from licorace.

Bottle, 33 cl. (taste this beer many times and last on 14 may @ home). Clear amber color with off-white head. Aroma fruity, light roasted malts, and little spices. Medium at full bodied. Taste sweets, malts, long bitter finish. Perfect balance. But i’ll prefere the Ramee Blond.

Amber color, a big creamy head. Light malty aroma with some grassyness. Caramelly, slightly yeasty. Sweetish and typical "ambree". Well-made, balanced and drinkable.

Darker amber coloured beer with an average off-white head and some light carbonation. Nose of light roasted malts, fruity, little herby. Full body, malty. Finish is longer, bitter , slightly alcoholic. Decent brew.

It’s a warm golden beer with a red hue and a nice creamy head. The aroma is spicy with notes of roasted malt, caramel and a bit of fruit, and these notes are found in the flavour too, where the fruit is present as apples and citrus, which gives a nice bitter finish. 1694

Bottle. Hazy, dark orangey amber, medium offwhite head. Sweet, yeasty fruit aroma promising pears and apples and some wood as well. Flavours are predominantly sweet and fruity. Not too bad despite the sweetness.
