The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour. In order to enjoy the fullness of its flavour, we advise you to savour it at a temperature of between 7° and 10°C.

Color ámbar, bastante bonito. Menos espuma que la mayoría de las triple, que pronto deja la típica película. Buen cuerpo y muy carbónica. Agradable sabor entre caramelo y naranja. Pero no está entre las mejores tripel.

Love the taste, love the aroma, love how it looks BUT ... the carbonation is killing me. I’m burping three times after each sip. Lovely beer but cannot really enjoy it.

The amber coloured one in this series of abbey beers, with yellowish white head and a malty character, caramelly, somewhat nutty, slick, sourish touch, spicy notes, medium hop bitterishness in the finish. Perfectly acceptable but not very memorable either. As for style: anyone aware of Belgian beer styles will see that this one should be labelled here as a "Belgian strong ale" (or ’edelbier’, to use OBP’s old qualification) and the blond one as an "abbey tripel", instead of the other way around...
