Even today, tradition is respected because it is brewed with the greatest care, using traditional methods, based on a unique recipe from Brabant Hesbaye. The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour.

On tap. Hazy amber, looks pale. A bit of foam but not too much of it. Aroma is on the weaker side. Taste has several layers. Some spices, cinnamon and slight alcohol bitterness. Not too many hops, body not very strong. Nice beer to drink outside on a sunny spring day.

Bottle from Carrefour. Much lighter, sweeter than the standard Triple. Hazy golden body with puffy head. Nose is sweet, of bananas, citrus and spices. Taste is also quite spicy up front, with citrus and fruit notes. Raspy, malty finish. Enjoyable.

Blonde dorée trouble, effervescence moyenne-forte, col fin.
