On tap at a french wedding. Thats it, nothing else to comment on this lager. maybe a bit maltier than your typical commercial lager, but nothing special.

Drought. Golden yellow with small foamy white head, malt aroma, crisp taste, high carbonation, abrupt finish. Although a generic beer, quite nice.

Bottled An anaemic blond coloured beer with no head. A sweet honeyed, sometime floral nose and a slightly more delicate taste although that honey sweetness persists. Would quickly become cloying. 33cl was enough.

Bottle 75cl. @ [ Tasting by Maria ].
Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, marzipan, apple, cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081105]

It’s golden with an OK head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt and apple. The flavour has sweetness and notes of apple, malt and caramel. It’s a bit stale and boring, as if it’s too old.
