Commercial Description:
Millefleur is a blond beer made on the base of barley malt and honey (6%); which gives it a solid fullness, joined with a pleasant softness.

75 cL bottle. Pours lamost fully clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Aroma is mild pilsner malty and light cornish. Smooth and rather floral flavoured with a mild and delicate sweetness and light herbal accent, honey I assume. Floral flavours seem to be somewhere between daffodils and camomille. Smooth floral and medium sweet finish with a light bitterness showing through.

Sampled on a great bike tour in France in 2004 in various circumstances in unforgetable landscapes. Aroma and flavor of this brew is over average and not bad for a french microbrew.

Bottled. Golden coloured with a small white head. Kinda artificial with notes of honey, citrus, spices and flowers. Feels a bit perfumed.

Bottle. Golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, spicy, honey, floral and a bit perfumed. The taste is also sweet spicy, honey, floral and perfumed. Medium body with a sweet finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of hops and honey. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and honey, leading to a slightly bitter end. The body is on the light side. This beer can’t offend anybody - but for me it is a bit boring.
