Cloudy brown color, medium brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, bit spicy of wheat and fruity of grape/prune. Taste is slightly watery, roasted and chocolate malts. Lasting palate. Nice double styled beer.

Brown ale with red tones. Creamy, beige head. Complex spicy and fruity aroma. The flavour is dominated by complex, well-balanced malty sweetness. Medium body, not too carbonated. A most interesting brune.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 rickgordon (3815) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 24, 2005
Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg.
Red-ish brown colour. Fresh, dewy nose with hints of juniper and ginger. Pretty light bodied. There are tropical fruits in flavour, yet with a slight sourish undertone, with a soda-like mouthfeel, with notes of ginger and juniper - like in a good old sockerdricka.

Bottle, at the brewery. Dark brown with nice beige head and lace. Chocolate, roasted malt, tobacco, hops and more bitterness than the avg. brune. Deliscious.

Beer #27 at Croydon Draught Belgian Beer Festival - from bottle. I liked the earthy, slightly rustic feel of the Rulles beers. Reddish brown colour. Plummy fruit and soft malt, with some caramel, nuts and a tart edge. A bit rough round the edges but quite engaging.

Bottle. Light caramel, light roasted malt and dark fruit. Some light tropical fruit. Nice farmhouse character once again. Classy stuff.

Dark brown appearance. Banana flavour. Too exotic. Yeasty finish. A bit too sticky and filthy for me. Quite sweet too.

Agree with all the previous comments. A slight beer. Pleasant but with no outspoken character. Thin bodies and inoffensive. Would drink it again because I’ve already forgotten what it was like.
