Light hazy orange to browish body with with stable pearl white head. Looking good. Freshly hopped with a light citrus aroma, bit floral, farmhouse yeast and a Belgian IPA appeal. Very fresh yet sufficiently rich taste, with a great drinkability. Very refrshing - what a Belgian wit always promises but never does for me. Great yeast-forward, no-fuss brew. Yes, they still make good stuff in Belgian. (75cl bottle from Bičre Révolution)

Draft at SIB07. Decent an one of the first around Belgian IPAs. Straw filled with floral hop notes. Straightforward but good!

Alengrin (1718) - BELGIUM - AUG 28, 2014
Spring ale with yellowish white, creamy, sticky, very stable head and warm orange blonde colour, cloudy. Gentle aroma of banana, orange, pear, honey, yeast, hay, cloves, ginger, chamomille, grassy hops. Fruity, lightly malty taste, subdued sweetness with medium carbo, pure and fully, very subtle sourness, spicier and dryer in the finish ending in an assertive hop bitterishness. Well-balanced, refreshing and one of the best Rulles so far.

Złote, zmętnione z ładna drobną, białą pianą. W smaku słody i wuczuwalny chmiel. Nie jest złe ale nie jest jakoś szczególnie zachwycające. Po prostu niezłe piwo.

I wish I could brew such a beer, real Belgian ale, tasteful, hoppy and fresh. Great for summer. Love the American hop, Amarillo.
