Tap @ Delerium Café. Hazy golden with a creamy lacing off white head. Hoppy and sweet aroma with notes of grapefruit, floral, pine and yeast. Flavour of orange fruit, soap, resin and sweet malt. Well done.

750ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Weeks 2009)
Turbid orange. Fruity peach aroma - hoppy. Fruity hoppy taste, gingery sweet malts. With yeast added, the alcohol’s well hidden. Full bodied and tasty. The hops are great.

Muddy amber, off-white, creamy head. Nose of caramel and spices. Complex and well balanced aroma. Moderately bitter, lightluy sweet flavour. Quite dry. Very nice, good complexity and balance.

(Bottled) Very hazy amber with a small, firm head. Aroma of sourish malt, British-style hops, some smooth milk-chocolate hints. Chocolate is stronger in the flavor, but also grassy hops are nicely present. Slight ashiness in the finish, and even more so with yeast, with also some gluey notes. Medium body, quite high and foamy carbonation. An enjoyable and quite balanced brew, but maybe lacking the final oomph.

Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk.
Pours lightly hazy copper with a staying, medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is malty, some yeast and a little raspberries. And of course, quite a lot of fruity hops. Medium carbonation, frothy, lively mouthfeel. Flavour is quite dry, good hops, sweet caramel malts, fruitiness as well. Lovely hoppy Belgian ale.
