Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, yeast, fruits and hops. Made me learn a new word: Defenestration.

Hazy golden color with fine head. Slightly sweet and much bitter hops. Not a beer you would use defenestration on...

My Bottom Line:
Rustic farmhouse yeastiness accompanies minty hop resins into a memorable finish in this fluffy and bready Belgian Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A lofty head of foam settles atop the cloudy amber.
-The fruity hop nose takes on herbal qualities when matched with the rusticity of the yeast.
-The hop bitterness is engaging (spicy, herbal, minty).
-The lean body is enlivened by the pillowy effervescence, making this quite drinkable.
-Citrusy hop angles add an additional dimension to the flavor profile.
-The hop signature and farm-y yeast become quite green as the beer warms, verging on the vegetal.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a spare off-white head. Aroma of apple, chocolate, caramel, florals, and light roastiness. Flavor of apple, yeast, earth, grass, light pine, and chocolate with a dry finish.

Bottle from bu11zeye. Light orange pour with little to no head. Aroma is spicy, a little tart, and light fruit. Taste is cinnamon, yeasty, old fruit, and really dry. Awkward, sourish finish.

Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy orange color with some yellow highlights. No head or carbonation to speak of. Aroma is light cocoa, spicy hops and grains. Flavor is roasted malts, bitter chocolate. Light hops. Finishes dry and hoppy bitter. Interesting.

In short: A yeasty, fruity, hoppy and refreshing golden Belgian ale. Very nice
How: Bottle 750ml. Exact age unknown but consumed about 3 months after receiving it through private importations. More than one year before expiration date.
The look: Cloudy dark-orange body. Large off-white head with good retention leaving lots of lacings. This is a good-looking beer
In long: Nose is yeasty with pleasant smooth fruity esters of apricots, tangerines and the likes as well as garden flowers. Body is light yet full and the carbonation is very lively. Taste is very yeasty, freshly baked toasted bread, Premium Plus™ salted crackers, tangerines, apricots, green tea. Hops are leafy, bit grapefruity and with a light tobacco character. Medium bitterness that sticks to the back of mouth for a long time with a tobacco leafs after-taste. Very well balanced and highly drinkable. Nothing spectacular here but overall this is a very enjoyable beer. Yet another 750ml I drank by myself. I had plans to drink less beer and do more sport. But my plans are just like me, they never work out.
