Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hoppy, flowers, fruity, moderate yeasty, fruity, sugar - candy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20100912]

Craft Clerkenwell Tasting. Light haze on this gold beer. Mahooosive off white head. Palate is light, fluffy and a little dry. Light bitterish yeast. Touch of caraway nutty pale malt. Mild dried fruits. Finishes bitter. Interesting and quite drinkable.

Entered to celebrate my # 5500th Rating. Bought @ Delices et Caprices, Brussels. 75cl Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with small floaties and a creamy white head. Nose is orange, yeast, grain and fruit. Flavor is hoppy and very dry. Very nice and quaffable for a ten procent BSA.
