RORO (5), France does not count Oct 28, 2009 bière tres équilibrer entre alcool et houblon avec des notes sur les agrumes ( ananas), une tres bonne carbonatation pour une refermenatation en bouteille la meilleur biere de cette brasserie a l’heure actuel oh6gdx (8795), Vasa, Finland Oct 20, 2009 Bottle. Hazy deep orangeish golden colour with mediumsized white creamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruits, nectar/honey, some caramel malts and mild note sof some herbs and yeast as well. Flavour is being quite much the same. Quite dry finish. KyotoLefty (1370), Kyoto, Japan Oct 20, 2009 750 ml bottle from Tanakaya.
Fruity aroma with honey, plums, apples and a touch of citrus and brown sugar. Glowing, medium amber color with a bit more than lace. Very unexplosive. Sweet, fruity, honey-and-caramel flavor that lightens into apples and lemon at the mid-palate, these remaining and getting hoppy and more citric at the finish. Very interesting. Starts out seeming too sweet, but changes. Palate is rich and full, thinning toward the end. Really fascinating. jeremytoni (1067), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA Oct 5, 2009 From a bottle poured copper color with a good amount of head. Nice spice malty flavor with a quick finish. Rciesla (3500), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA Sep 28, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber body with a white head. Fruity esters apple, coriander, peach with some wood. Spicy with cloves, tea and a mild breadiness. Mild warming with a bitter finish. Nice. FatPhil (3443), Espoo, Finland Sep 27, 2009 750ml bottle (Kaisla, Helsinki, Big Bottle Weeks)
Slightly sickly sweet aroma, fleshy fruits. Harsh carbonation at first. Very bitter body, but big light grains too. Some alcohol, but the grains are tasty. Fruity and hoppy finish. Better than their blonde in that it had some hops to it. However, still not crisp enough for my taste. DeputyAndy (60), New Jersey, USA Sep 18, 2009 Pours cloudy honey with white head. Very honey taste with malts. Very smooth mouthfeel with carbonation. Pleasant mouth feel with nice carbonation. Good beer but okay trippel. Fred82 (343), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Sep 9, 2009 Samples at Fête Bière et Saveurs. Nice aroma of banana, yeasty esters. Some hops. Taste is hoppy with banana and yeast. Some alcohol on the taste, quite warm on the finish. Quite dry. Very good triple overall. Would like to sample again.
