750 ml bottle from Holiday. Cloudy orange amber with a foamy white head. Aroma slightly fruity with a hint of Belgian yeast. Good malty taste with a big orange presence and slightly tangy.

Pours a hazy orange with a thin bubblie head. Aroma of sour yeast, Fruity.Taste is sweet. Citrus flavors. Nicely brewed.

Bouteille verte de 750 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et d’épices avec une pointe de bananes. Apparence: La couleur est orangée voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes et d’épices avec une pointe de poires. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement astringente. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Capped 750 ml. green bottle, no freshness date, sampled in a chalice. L: Cloudy sunburnt orange with fine specks of sediment, large white head that slowly settled into a thin sudsy lacing. S: Passion fruit, pineapple, oranges and mangos, this has a nice aromatic fruitiness. Underneath the fruits is earth spicy, nutty yeast, along with traces of sweet pale malts and herbal hops. F&T: Airy medium body that is buoyantly firm from the carbonation, imparting a creamy crisp feel in the mouth. Slightly complex tasting while being an easy sipper. Tastes of sour oranges and star fruit, pineapple and mangos, candied sugar, coriander, a pinch of pepper, nutty wood, earth and clove, traces of spicy hops and honey grains, the more I sip, the more another new flavor comes out. The alcohol is appropriately subtle, just a sly fruity warmth in the palate. An thirst quenching dry finish, sweet sugary fruits and powdery yeast. As the outside temperature plunges towards zero, this tripel makes a cold night bearable, pleasing with it’s scrumptious flavors, a perfect evening capper before I bury myself under the covers.

Bottle. Aroma of an IPA? Malt with floral hop anyway. Light orange gold color with a hefty white head doing a little lacing. Medium to full bodied with creamy carbonation. The flavor is malt, floral hop, light stone fruits, and cardamom and/or clove. Very tasty. The finish is dry, though sweet fruit notes lurk, and there is delightful low level bitter. Tastes wonderful.

Wow!!1!1 Hoppy, golden goodness. Sweet, with hints of apple cider. Really yum! On tap at Burp Castle!!!

Bouteille 750ml. De couleur orangée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, pêche, léger de poires, notes de mangues), moyennement malté de sucre bonbon et avec des notes de pain, de houblon herbeux et d’épices (traces de poivre). Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture moyennement crémeuse. Goût de levures fruitées aux faibles notes sûres (agrumes, moyen de poires, léger de pêche, traces de pommes) avec des notes épicées (notes de clou de girofle et traces de coriandre) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté de sucre bonbon accompagné de notes de pain et des traces de biscuits au miel puis en finale l’on retrouve un goût moyennement amer de levures aux notes épicées (poivre) et asséchantes, léger de houblon herbeux et d’alcool doux. Post-goût moyen et un peu sec, moyennement amer de levures, léger de houblon herbeux et de fruits (zest d’agrumes, noyau de pêche) et de petites notes d’alcool.

Bright hazy orange with a huge creamy & lacing white head. Very strong aroma of tropical fruits, white pepper, little cloves, orange, peaches and fresh grounded malt. No traces of that 8.5%, neither in mouth. Very smooth and pleasant, with a firm but very balanced hoppiness leading to a grassy dry end.
