750 mL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with nice white head. The aroma is quite spicy with plenty of yeast notes, maybe some grass and orange. The flavor has an assertive spicy yeast character, under which lies a soft, honeyish malt character. Banana and clove are minimal, but subtle, nondescript spices and fruits bounce around. The finish is slightly dry and zesty. This is a pretty good beer.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue. Great combination of peachy summery fruit and zesty hop aroma with some spicy yeast in the background. Soft fruity sweet malts with a decent level of bitterness and a nice tangy finish. Smooth creamy body. Lovely beer and didnt seem to suffer from all the yeast that was kicked up when it was opened.

Bottle. Pours a nice golden yellow body with nice head. Aroma is yeast, earthy, esters. Flavor was a surprise compared to the typical tripel smell. Nice earthy body and very subtle spices that made the taste and body very smooth and quaffable. A world class tripel.

75 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy, small flaoties and a collapsing white head. Classic belgian aroma of spicy yeast, fruity, caramel malt and a whiff of coriander. Flavour is softly sweet and a caramel malty. Has a very soft yeast note of spices and a mild coriander note. Extremely soft, smooth and wellbalanced. More floral hoppy than other belgian triples, refreshing.

The beer pours from the 750ml bottle a hazy golden amber with a bit of orange shading, head is creamy white and piles high on the body, lace forms a nice concealing sheet. Nose has a candy sweet aroma, fruity, peaches comes to mind, a bit astringent, soapy, start has a decent sweet malt presence, slight bitterness along with the tartness, moderate in feel. Finish has unrelenting acidity, sour and sweet continues, hops understated, very dry, a drinkable beer, 8.4 percent ABV, does leave an alcohol bitterness and a bit of a warming sensation.

Pears, peaches, lemons, yeast, must and dusty hops in the aroma; quite medicinal and pheoneic, initially, hot alcohol and acidic fruitiness follows with bready maltiness; dryish, tart, and somewhat bitter finish. Muted spices and balanced palate mkes this a good tripel.

wonderful wonderful what a flavorful beer. Just poured from the tap at the Delerium Tremens... Slightly cloudy with rich malt and ester profile. It is beauty in a glass. The rich character of this beer stay swith you from start to finish. Sweet and spicy the beer is rich and warming with candy notes and fruity notes that make the depth of this beer. A must try for this small artisnal brewery.
