Pours a a golden yellow with a medium white head. Smells of spice, a little caramel, and citrus fruit. The taste is even slightly sour with a good spice character to it. A little bit fruity, but nothing over the top. Pretty crisp and refreshing tripel. Finishes clean, with a nice funky aftertaste. Good flavor in this beer.

750 ml bottle. Rich golden colur, creamy white head. Aroma is quite lovely, honey and apricot top notes over a light lean maltiness. A touch of earthydusty character behind the yeasty spiciness. Warming brings up a bit of clove and sweet melon, white grapes and a light berryish note as well. Flavour shows a prickle of white pepper and berries with a soft sweetness up front. Herbal/earthy notes in the middle and a dry finish. Quite hoppy on the back which accentuates the beers dryness. Tasty and elegant brew. Lightly bready on the back.

Pours dark golden with a mostly receding white head. Aroma of apples, banana, cloves, and honey. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a mix of fruity apple and pineapple esters mixed with apple phenolics. Mouthfeel is full bodied, slightly sticky with full carbonation. Enjoyable, but not what I consider a top caliber tripel.

Robe blonde voilée surmontée d’une mousse qui s’estompe. Arômes de levures et d’agrumes. Saveurs de malt, de sucre, de levures et d’alcool.

I had this one on tap at Brouwers in Seattle for their Belgian beer month. This strong ale was easy to drink but left a bitter aftertaste. Appearance is cloudy yellow and had head that went away quickly. Lacing was medium to light. Aroma was yeasty, Flavor was a bit wheaty and sweet. Nice representation of the style
