750ml bottle from Kingdom Liquors Brandon, Fl. Pours a hazy golden orange with a one finger lasting head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is very yeasty and full of sweet malt and I think American Amarillo hops. The taste has light bready notes with hints of citrus, honey, and yeasty spice. Medium mouthfeel with a mild bitterness but lots of hop flavor. A very unique and delicious Tripel.

Draft at Delirium Café in Brussels

Poured into a tall logo Hefe looking glass, the beer appeared a cloudy golden orange with a tall whipped white head. In the aroma and flavor, the yeast bade a bold statement; … it was quite fruity with big phenol esters, doughy with life-size spicy clove, black pepper, red apple and banana. The palate was oily and slick.
I really did enjoy this beer, twice; and it was oddly the best beer that Delirium Café had on it’s draft lineup?

Tons of dark, sandy sediment can be found in the hazy, bronzed-orange body of this beer under a fluffy head which settles to spittles. Too-heavy alcohol is the only fault to a yeasty aroma with violets and a white wine tang. Smooth in the mouth finishing dry. My numbers continue but my words do not, as I put down my pen and choose to enjoy this beer rather than continue writing.

750 mL bottle purchased at Coaltrain Wine and Liquor. Pours hazy orange with an average creamy off-white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, straw, meal), average hops (grass, herbs), heavy yeast (dough, earth) with notes of banana and honey. Full bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation and a creamy finish. Moderate sweetness, acidity and bitterness; earthy wheat yeast flavor and bread malts.

Delirium Cafe Brussels: cirus, yeast, a pleasure to drink, pretty good but not to the level as some others I had that day.

Hazy orange-amber body with a large frothy white head. Sweet fruity spiced aroma with a yeasty background. Sweet sugary caramel and fruity flavor with some light yeast in the background.
