Because it is bottle conditioned, there were also some small particles floating about. The aroma was sweet, fruity and spicy with notes of grape, pear, coriander and pepper. The body was medium with lively but soft carbonation and a smooth creamy texture. The flavors start off lightly sweet with the sweetness gradually replaced with a light acidic tartness through the long finish. There is also a nice alcohol warmth at the end. jimhilt (1674), Bow, New Hampshire, USA
