Quite an enjoyable tripel here. Enjoyed this one with my two best buddies after we did a photo shoot of some beautiful women in bikini’s for a layout in a beer magazine. Not sure if it was the women that made this better, but somehow nearly nude, beautiful women somehow make beer taste better. But I digress. The aroma was tropical fruit like with banannas, pineapple juice and some yeastiness. Appearance was hazy orange. Velvety soft on the palate. Some hops, some tropical fruit, light bubblegum and some alcohol burn made this an enjoyable one. Very nice.

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours hazy orange\gold with a large lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, yeast, belgian spices, and sweet malts. Flavor is smooth, sweet, yeast, citrus, fruit noted, and a hoppy presence in the finish. Good body, good brew.

Bottle... Hazy, golden ale with a large, frothy, white head. Good retention. Fruity, yeasty nose with citrus, bread, mild spice and light alcohol. Tangy, warming flavor with generous hops. Lightly sweet; medium bitter. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes spicy and a bit warming. Not my thing, but not at all bad.

From tap. Delirium cafe, Brussel. Hazy light golden beer with a white head. Smells very malty with some spicy and fruity notes. Tastes very simular: lots of malt, some citrus-zest and some coriander in a very good balance. Finishes sweet, a bit sourrish and sticky but not cloying. Lovely brew.

Bottle. Pours a light orange color with thin, persistent head. Smell is hint of fruity yeast and taste is some sweetness and a little spiciness as well. Nice mouthfeel. Alcohol creeps up on you. A very good tripel.

Aroma dolce, maltato, speziato (coriandolo e altro), fruttato e con evidenti note di lieviti. Gusto maltato, con un rivestimento piccante e retrogusto leggermente amaro. L’alcol e bene mascherato.

75 cl bottle. Beautiful orange colour with a big and lacing white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with some yeasty spiciness and a hint of coriander? Sweet malty flavours, gradually countered by yeasty dryness, ending on a dry note. Some fruitiness and pepper flavours. Full body, rather soft. Well-made, but not fantastic.
