Poured orange/amber in color with a medium-sized white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of small and medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of honey, slight spices, light hops, yeast, slight biscuit, malts, slight vanilla, light wood, and a slight hint of citrus. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Flowery, yeasty, hazy golden brew.
Flavor is flowery, sweet, marmelad and hops. Good palate. Round and not to pepery and big. Eructoblaster (1477), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada May 16, 2009 Bottle - 750ml. Pours a hazy blond body with average carbonation and a thin white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and flowery hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, coriander and candy notes. Ends with a long, robust bittersweet finish. Enjoyable. Elwood (676), Leesburg, Virginia, USA May 9, 2009 750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold color with a sizable white head. Nose is grainy with notes of bubble gum, yeast, and alcohol. Palate is bubble gum, citrus, a little hop bitterness, and alcohol too. Slight yeast notes and a little sweet, white grape taste. Slight dryness on the palate. Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Medium-short finish with some cloying bubble gum notes. I would call this a good starter to anyone that wants to try a triple. kassner (429), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA May 1, 2009 Had this from Bottle at Dilirium as a challenge for hops. Must say it was almost an IPA with some excessive bitter notes but pretty good. Golden, slightly cloudy, well balanced with a nice head and lacing
