Nose is grainy with notes of bubble gum, yeast, and alcohol. Palate is bubble gum, citrus, a little hop bitterness, and alcohol too. Slight yeast notes and a little sweet, white grape taste. Slight dryness on the palate. Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Medium-short finish with some cloying bubble gum notes. I would call this a good starter to anyone that wants to try a triple. kassner (441), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA

Poured dark orange body with small to medium sized head and black yeast particles inside. Amarillo hops again in the aroma, much less than in Estivale, but still dominating over (different, sweeter) orange yeast and honey malt. Flavor is pretty similar, slightly bitter citrus hoppy with good honey, caramel and vanilla malt base. Full bodied with longer finish. A fine hoppy tripel, but nothing special.
