Apr 10, 2009 Bottle. Orange gold with a large white foam and some yeast floaties. Aromas are citrus and yeast with grapefruit. Fresh and floral. Flavours are pink grapefruit with sugar and yeast. Resinous grapefruit with yeast. Fresh and clean on the palate. Very fruity. Good.

Mar 25, 2009 15/03 0.75 l bottle from beershop.hr, shared with Doggythedog. Poured dark orange body with small to medium sized head and black yeast particles inside. Amarillo hops again in the aroma, much less than in Estivale, but still dominating over (different, sweeter) orange yeast and honey malt. Flavor is pretty similar, slightly bitter citrus hoppy with good honey, caramel and vanilla malt base. Full bodied with longer finish. A fine hoppy tripel, but nothing special.

Mar 16, 2009 Pours a pale honey gold with a one finger white head. The nose is very earthy, very yeasty, mildly sweet, big Belgian influence. The flavor is very earthy and yeasty, lightly sweet, spicy. Palate is mildly sweet and well carbonated. The yeast character becomes almost overwhelming.

Mar 16, 2009 Draught @ Zythos 2009. A little hazy golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of malts with fruits like citrus, some hops. The taste is fruity like citrus and orange. There are hop bitters with malts. Notes of wood and spices. The aftertaste is nice bittersweet.

Mar 15, 2009 0.75l bottle from the Beershop shared with heavy (thanks!). Poured a beautiful darker orange body, medium-small white head. Fine American hops in the nose, oranges, honey, typical Rulles (which isn’t a bad thing). The taste is fine and full, hop again, agrumey, on the bitter side. Some honey, somewhat yeasty. Light pine. A fine hoppy tripel, not too flashy, tasty.

Mar 12, 2009 Blond coloured beer with small white head and few carbonation. Herby spicy aroma. Full palate. finish is herby and bit bitter.
