Draught at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Roma. September 08. Pours a hazy amber with a a dense head that diminished. Spicy and yeast aroma. Flavour of fruit, spices and alcohol. Hoppy, dry and bitter finish.

Purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, thanks SoLan! Pours a cloudy golden color with modest white foam that dissipates. Aroma is light fruits, honey, floral, yeast, grass, and spices. Taste is thick pilsner malt with sweet bread and light fruits, belgian yeast, and floral-grassy hops bitter up the aftertaste. Medium-full bodied, moderate-high carbonation, chewy texture. A middle of the road Tripel with a bit too much lingering bitterness for the style.

In the 750 mL bottle from Beertopia. Pours a hazy rich golden color with a medium ivory head. The aroma is perfume honey and fruit. The taste is extremely sweet with lots of cane sugar and honey. A mild tartness and hidden bitterness finished the beer. Overall it is just too much sweetness.

Pours a thick gold with small head. Big yeasty nose with fruit. Flavor is thick with malt and yeast that just coats the mouth, with a touch of pineapple that climbs out towards the end. Nice creamy texture.

75cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours unclear amber/orange with a creamy head & lacings. Fruity orange, yeast & hops. Good smooth mouthfeel. Very fresh with orange fruit, a bit of spices (coriander) & hops dominating. Nice!

Pours golden with a nice head and lacing, I didn’t swirl the yeast so it was pretty clear with good carb, aroma is malts and sugar, taste is a nice combo of malt, yeast and hop character, a bit thin IMO but I suppose the sugar does that. 8.4% alcohol is well hidden. Very nice beer
