The beer pours from the 750ml bottle a hazy golden amber with a bit of orange shading, head is creamy white and piles high on the body, lace forms a nice concealing sheet. Nose has a candy sweet aroma, fruity, peaches comes to mind, a bit astringent, soapy, start has a decent sweet malt presence, slight bitterness along with the tartness, moderate in feel. Finish has unrelenting acidity, sour and sweet continues, hops understated, very dry, a drinkable beer, 8.4 percent ABV, does leave an alcohol bitterness and a bit of a warming sensation.

Bottle@Home. Spiced aroma with citrus. Yellow color, white head, fair lace. Light sweet, pineapple, spices, light bitter. Nice flavor but a bit thin mouthfeel. To me it’s like a mix between Saison and a Triple.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of yeast, biscuit, pale malts, slight fruit, slight wood, and some pollen. Poured orange/amber in color with a medium-sized white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of small and medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of honey, slight spices, light hops, yeast, slight biscuit, malts, slight vanilla, light wood, and a slight hint of citrus. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, malt, hop, and honey finish is lightly dry.

Draught @ Delirium Café, Bruxelles: Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Wheaty nose. Coriander, yeast and sweetness. Flavour is yeasty, light spiced and has some fruitsweetness. Alcohol is notable. Is quite smooth but a little thin bodied. Ends on sweet and spiced note.

A hazy orange beer with a thick lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit especially peaches, but also notes of green grapes, malt, prunes, over ripe fruits, wood, malt, and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of over ripe fruits, both oranges and peaches, as well as some cloves, malt, wood, and alcohol. Leading to a slightly acidic and fruity end.

Cracked open at MrFacto’s ’Tosa tasting, brought by JPDIPSO. Cloudy orange body, medium off-white head. Nice perfumey aroma with herbs, flower petals, and plenty of spice, combining for a sort of potpourri-in-a-bottle effect. The flavor wasn’t quite as compelling, with sweet honey, rotting fruit and white grape juice balanced by spices (pepper), flower petals, and a touch of honey. Yeasty with a crackery finish. The aroma was the best part of this solid beer.

This was a nice tripel, but not extraordinary, by any means. Flavor was bready and yeasty with some fruit notes. Nice color and head, but a somewhat thin nose.
