Bottled. A clear orange coloured beer with a large off-white head which dissipates all too quickly. The aroma is yeast, spicy and peppery. The taste is yeasty and spicy. The hops come through reeally nicely though with some orange flavours. Clean tasting and good alcohol levels. A classy tripel.

on tap at the Spuyten Duyvil, Brooklyn NYC. this one was on the house because I bought a box of their namesake lambic. color is yellow gold, clear. head is white and creamy, lasts long. aroma is candi sugar, honey, lemongrass, white rum. flavor is juicy like golden raisins, estery malt, tart wheat, and a little dry spicy hop. some white rum hints are in the flavor, but this finishes clean. biere always tastes better when it’s free!

Slighty spicy..very grassy aroma. Has hints of lemon zest. Cloudy yellow/gold color with a lovely white head that is exceptionally creamy looking like a lemon meringue. Fore is yeasty, creamy and malty. Tastes a bit like a white cake with heavy cream added and a tad of vanilla extract. But sadly other than a vaguley banana tinged note there isn’t very much int he way of other flavors and it just comes off as a a really good, but highly one dimensional offering.

Aroma is spicy, full of complex grains and some bubblegum. This amber pour has light lacing and tastes like your standard full bodied triple with notes of spice. It was smooth and very drinkable. It slightly warmed as it went down.

On tap at Eulogy Belgian Tavern. Pale yellow with a thin head and good lace. Relatively low carbonation. Light candi sugar and caramel aroma with some alcohol. Flowery, caramel flavor. A bit thin in body. Some noticable hops and bitterness. Alcohol apparent.

a hazy orange body with medium head...great aroma, and is of floral notes, sugars, spice, heavy in lemon, and has some sort of a wit backbone to it....honey, lemon, yeast, spice, and sugars for flavor...nice palate
