Bottled Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige creamy/bubbly head. Aroma is sour fruits, some yeast and malts. Flavour is enormously sour and also has some bitter fruits and yeast in it.

Dark amber ale. Strawberry aroma. Malt flavour and a bitter final (with no strawberry); dry, rather then sweet. Very light chocolate aftertaste.

Bottled (BB 09/2009)
Nutty brown color, cloudy, big lively off-white head, lace. "Organic", earthy aroma with spelt and grain. Sour, earthy and spicey flavor. Peppery aftertaste. Quite typical Eastern Belgium farmhouse ale, not the best of them unfortunately.

(33cl bottle, BB May 2009) Pours a hazy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of artificial berries and cherry, yeast, and toasted grain. Flavor of carbonated water, artificial fruit flavoring, yeast, and grass.

Good off-white head, irregular, over hazy deep-red beer with amberish sheen. Sweet jam-like fruity nose, obviously red fruit - or jam. Sweet fruit-jam taste still, but more watered-down than the nose suggested. Bit of (watered-down) caramel; dull. Light, watery and yet sticky MF, desptied very marked carbonation. Bof. Not bad, just like fruitsyrup-flavoured sparkling water...

Slightly cloudy amber color, short head. Aroma of caramel malt, hops. Taste is also a combination of some caramel malt and sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Decent beer.

Bottled at a restaurant in St Fornay, Belgium, virtually in the middle of nowhere. Cloudy amber, medium off-white head. Fruity and earthy aroma with notes of almond and spices. Medium bodied and smooth. Dry with low to medium bitterness.
