Couleur orange légère et trouble, mousse qui disparait. Nez a peine parfumé, un peu acide. Gout acidulé citron, ou est la mirabelle? Notes un peu levures. Corps aqueux,

courtesy of Oli - hazy orange beer with ano foam left; the mirabelle is easy to spot - even easier when you know it ... - , subtle carbonation and medium-bodied, pretty drxy and sweet/acidic; the finish fails a bit short leaving notes of yeast and mirabelle - ok

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy yellow beer with medium head. Nose is lemony and acid like. Aroma is fruity on lemon and slightly on mirabelle, dry with acid and yeast notes. Not balanced at all, body is acid and without malt notes. Too yeasty and lemony to be pleasant.

bottle from a little souvenir shop in Colmar, rue des Marchands. Cloidy golden-orange yellow, mid-sized fluffy head. Very fruity aroma, almost like lemonade, extremely perfumy. Medium-bodied, malty background with grassy-resiny hops. Mirabelle flavours are omnipresent and go with the hops very well. This beer has the right balance between fruitiness, hoppiness and tartness - well done. Very perfumy retronasal.
