Severely aged bottle Good yellow-amberish head, disappearing; quite carbonated dirty-hazy amber ber. Very nutty nose (hazelnuts, walnuts), old cookies, higher alcohols. Oxydized nutty taste, amber malts, caramel; light sourish lining around sweet base; retronasal flavour of Belgian dark chocolat pralines . Slight burning MF, very restrained slickness, medium body. Rather good, though seriously oxydized by age - withstood well.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (grass), moderately yeasty (dough). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Largely forgettable yeasty blonde.
