UPDATED: JUN 12, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear golden, minimal head. Balsamic honey aroma. Sweetish and fruity. Light bodied with clea, rounded mouthfeel. Dortmunder dipped in chalk and honey. Low bitterness.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden with a small disappearing white foam. Sweetish aroma of leaves, honey and mango. Medium to light-bodied with sourish leafy notes with touches of dough and yellow fruit. Low bitterness in the finish with sourish leafy undertones.
