Belle couleur jaune trouble; arômes et goût fruités; finale courte et sèche (trop ?); bonne bière pour les grandes chaleurs

25cl bottle, 5,2% ABV, batch N°201. Clear, or hazy when you pour the dusty yeast. Head disappears fast for a witbier. A bit thin in taste. Faint taste of hay. Not comparable with Belgian witbier’s in terms of taste-experience, but good enough to order a second one.

Bottled 25cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a murky pale yellow beer with a tall white head- just what I expected from a Belgian Wit. Interesting aroma of lemon soda, orange peel, a lot of raspberry and melon, rice, cloves and disinfectant. Nice refreshing taste. Lactic. Some lemon soda sneaking in. Not overly sweet and very drinkable. Lemon, orange peel, raspberry and melon showing up in the flavor too. Very fruity. Faintly acidic. Dryish finish. Interesting, but far from being a top notch example. Thanks a lot Bov!
