3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 12C. Amber with a fluffy off-white head that collapses to a coat that lasts. Aroma of apples, pears, light toffee, musty dough, pepper, balsamic vinegar. Very overcarbonated mouthfeel (second glass poured from unstoppered bottle poured with a huge head but then was fine). Fruit and caramel sweetness, applish tartness, modest bitterness, very dry indeed with some spices and a slight bretty smack at the end. Can see great from here. Rustic and (carbonation issues aside) good.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Very interesting beverage with a lot going on but not in your face. Nice deep red almost brown appearance with fluffy white head. Aroma of bread and slight funky fruity yeast. Taste is interesting with a nice smoothness from the malt but a vinegar tartness comes through just slightly. Very good refreshing tart beer that also comes across mellow. Easily drinkable.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 Ml bottle
A murky pink color. More like a reddish orange sunset color. Interesting. massive off white head, Really overly carbonated. 4 finger head that fell to a thin collar.
Good citrus nose mixed with apple, pear, brett, oak and white pepper. Crisp nose.
Not so crisp taste. Muddled lemon peel, bread, apple, pear and just a bit of straw.
Good lemon tart finish but front is still quite muddled. Quite over carbonated.
Nice but a bit bloating
