3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
At first taste, it hit me with a beer full of condiments, and it didn't disappoint! It has traces of rosemary, spices and black pepper. The hint of honey balances the initial strong flavor. This is one of the most unique beers I have tasted.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is a cloudy almost pink with a large white head. Lots of floaties as well. Aroma is very herbal and sweet with notes of the honey. Flavor is holy rosemary! Lots of rosemary with a definite honey sweetness lingering in the back round. There is lots of herbal flavorings going on here and if thatís not your thing I could see that bringing down the score but for me put rosemary on everything, I love it.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
33cl bottle dated Best By Feb. 2015 served in a snifter.
Pours hazy, medium copper-amber with a moderately thick, bone-colored head that has excellent retention. Some solids detract from the appeaqrance.
Aroma: unusual spicy aroma with a clear note of rosemary.
Flavor: follows nose. Although i donít like rosemary very much, the mix of flavors here works well, albeit with a bit more rosemary than desired. Modestly refreshing.
Feel: excellent soft feel with a semi-dry finish.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy golden amber with thick head. Honey, herbs on the nose. Heavily carbonated. Honey, citrus, spices, ginger--weird mix of flavors. No hoppy bitterness. An odd, interesting beer.

330ml bottle from Kris Wines. Really didnít get this at all. Pours a murky brown with frothy patches instead of a head, aroma brought rosemary, pot pourri, herbs, honey and butterscotch.. taste brought much the same with a disturbing herbal / butterscotch sweetness that just tastes wrong. If this was a blind taste I wouldíve dismissed it as a diacetyl-tainted sinkpour, but considering the ingredients Iím assuming this is what was intended. Not for me Iím afraid.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a real nice rosemary note with sweet grains and bit of dry honey. Flavor is similar with honey and rosemary working together and a sweet grain backbone.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
330ml bottle from Alko Arkadia. Hazy light brown colour a fair bit of largish particles. small mostly vanishing white head. Plenty of rosemary on the nose, grain, more rosemary, ginger, leather and pepper with a hint of honey in the mouth. Taste is initially fairly balanced, slightly acidic and papery, turning into a bittersweet shortish finish with a slightly alcoholic feel. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, dry mouthfeel. Quite an interesting brew that unfortunately felt a bit like there was something wrong with it, based on the markings on the cap it expired in August 2013

Su aroma y sabor a romero domina y sorprende, combina muy bien con carnes de caza. Es muy equilibrada, pero, te tiene que gustar el romero, si no mejor otra... °A mŪ me encanta!
