Pours very dark brown with low beige head. Aroma is of citrus, roasted malt, alcohol? Taste is of roasted malt, resin, good bitterness, chocolate, nice citrus. Palate: Medium body, sticky. Low carb. Overall: Drinkable: good balance, but a tad sweet. Nice one.

Pour is dark brown with beige head and little lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, pieny, light citrus. Taste has light cocoa, roasted grain, piney, light citrus, moderate bitterness and little sweetness. Low-medium body and medium carb.

on tap festibière de québec. pours dark brown, ruby tint, with a ncie light beige head, some retention and lacing. roasted malts, light chocolate and coffee, soft pine needles, citrus, pepper, bit of earthiness and spruce. moderate carbonation, light body - oily, short but assertive piney-citrusy finish. not too heavy, balanced and good drinkability. nice one.
