2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330ml bottle ( Viisi Pennia, Helsinki ) < br >
Pale hazy orange, small tight head. Very nice sweet malty aroma, like a typical doppio malto, but with a fullness that you only get with hazy unfiltered beers. Sweet malty body, quite heady sticky almost rotting fruits. Soft and smooth body, pleasant carbonation. Finish is sweet, and has the kind of hopping I associate with ESL. Rich and malty, strong but not boozy. Donít believe this is top-fermented, thereís so much ESL about it. Strangely, itís almost watery at times. Hoppy finish is quite acidic and biting as it builds

1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottled 330ml (Eataly Genova, BBE 2012)
Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head. The most greasy buttery nose Iíve ever had. Light to medium bodied. Flavor is also very buttery. Some citrus, light hops, pale maltyness. No good.
