Davvero niente male questa rossa dal sapore molto maltato,piacevolmente amara nel finale.E’ stato solo un primo assaggio,dovrò ripassare da loro.

Bottle in Genoa, purchased from an Enoteca on the seafront parade. Noted as ’Ambrata Doppio Malto’. Slightly hazy amber beer. Big bubbly pale tan head. Light palate, a little crispy and a little dry. Somewhat aged tasting malt, sourish toffee. Again the slight sourness with this brewer! Light pine hops and dried fruits. Dry finish. Okay but would not be wanting loads.

Solida bock abbastanza potente e pastosa, bevuta un po’ giovane, probabilmente può solo migliorare.

Bevuta in birrificio direttamente dal maturatore. E’ una rossa doppio malto con una abbondante schiuma, un sapore maltoso, un corpo equilibrato e un amaro molto piacevole nel finale; è la più luppolata che producono a Sarissola, e non è per niente male.
