Sep 16, 2005 660 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw color with a constellation of floaties including huge chunks and a thin creamy white head. Strong lemon aroma with a definite yeast character and mild banana. The flavor is pretty much the same, assertive lemon, banana and yeast with an added sweetness. The palate is light and smooth with a low level of carbonation. Well this witbier is not as bad as I thought, it’s not great either but it’s an first part that entertains while waiting for the main act.

Sep 4, 2008 Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, dégusté au festival Bières et Saveurs 2008 (Chambly, QC). Arôme: Odeur de coriandre avec une pointe de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle voilée. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréale, d’agrumes et de coriandre. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement citronné. (Rating #1915)

May 20, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy white-yellow body with a small creamy white head. The aroma is cheesy with sweet fusels, banana sugars, and butter. The flavour disappears quickly - metallic with mild cheesy yeast. Some liveliness to the body.
