Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, dégusté au festival Bières et Saveurs 2008 (Chambly, QC). Arôme: Odeur de coriandre avec une pointe de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle voilée. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréale, d’agrumes et de coriandre. Courte durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement citronné. (Rating #1915)

Bière couleur de paille, voilée et sur dépôt de levure. Pas de col. Des "arômes" de pomme rouge. Plutôt insipide, si ce n’est d’une trace d’amertume et de sucre. Mince et aqueuse. Fin brutale.

Originally rated January 2007. Purchased at the Dépanneur À-Tout-Prix in Laval, Quebec. Pours a hazy golden colour with lots of carbonation. Head is white, mildly creamy and does not leave any lace after quickly disappearing. Wow... this one hardly smells anything. Very slight white beer yeast. Just plain watery mouthfeel. The taste is quite different for a witbier. Cannot taste no orange zest and no corriander. Just a smokey burnt aftertaste. Yes, I know ?!? Once the bottom of the bottle is all poured in, beige sediments of all shape take over the brew, and this one goes from hazy to cloudy beige. Seems almost like a mix between a rauchbier and a witbier, but very watered down.

660ml bottle. Bottle exploded... needless to say the foam was really present ...! Pale hazy yellow color, wheat and citrus. Sweet and a metallic ending. Below average blanche. Maybe it was a little bit infected.

Bouteille de 660 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur paille claire et un col de mousse fugace. Au nez on respire des arômes de citron et de blé. En bouche le corps est mince-moyen avec une effervescence faible-moyenne. On goûte des saveurs de blé au dpart, vient ensuite une légère pointe d’acidité et pour finir un goût subtil de coriandre.

Bottle (660ml). Via trade with Viper666. Hazy light yello pour, tiny drool of fizzy-frothy white head, as usual ugly white chunks at the bottom of the bottle. The aroma is not horrid, at least when COLD - very light, sugary, a hint of lemon and overripe fruit ... as it warms it smells pretty vile, really - rotten fruit and liquid paper. The taste - well, not good, fake fruit, flyspray, some kind of wood stripping chemical - thankfully light. Watery, harsh - look, this is just a worthless attempt at "beer." Again from these guys. Yuck.

[289-20070503] 660mL (c/o jerc, w/ him, blankboy, GregClow, mds). Smelly garbage bag with light pineapple aroma. Hazy, light orange yellow body with a creamy disappearing white head. Flavour contains smoky hints of cigarette. Medium body. Bland, not immediately offensive.

Bottle. Pours a hazy white-yellow body with a small creamy white head. The aroma is cheesy with sweet fusels, banana sugars, and butter. The flavour disappears quickly - metallic with mild cheesy yeast. Some liveliness to the body.
