330 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a big off-white head. Aroma is soft fruity and yeast. Flavor is a sweet, fruity and almost like matured apple cider. Medium body and a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste. Refreshing.

draft at Arendsnest in Amsterdam - Pours mostly clear golden with a one finger white head. It smells of yeast and pale malt. The flavor is of sweet, yeasty pale malt with a touch of hops in the lightly sweet finish. It’s light to medium bodied and overall a decent session brew though I expected a bit more for a Trappist brew.

Had from a big ass stone corked bottle ..very hoiy grail. Drank down from a La Trappe Goblet, yes ,I came prepared. What to make of this beer. Its very eazy to sink,if dull and errtatic. It might be only 6.5 % ,but it feels heafty, yet paradoxically its drinkable. Dirty yellow..with sediment floating pointlessly..aroma was a werhl-wind of subtle fruit esters.spices and raw alcohol. Its too sweet on flavour range. I meant its sweet then boozy and dryisly sharp. Alcoholic spices zipping around..everywhere.

0,5 l ceramic bottle.Clear golden-honey colored beer with a small off-white head. Fine fruity aroma with coriander, some hop and malt. Medium bodied beer with smooth mouthfeel. The coriander is the leader with fine top-fermentation tastes, nice fruity flavor, rich malt. Delicious hop in the finish, dry herbal aftertaste. Nice ale.

33cl bottle at home, iRate: Lightly hazy dark gold with an amber center brew with a fading and somewhat creamy white head. Pale malt aroma with some oxidized caramel qualities. Golden raisins and some tea leaves... The tea goes with the oxidation. A touch of biscuit and a faint far off vanilla. Nice pale malt in the mouth... But definitely oxidized. Wet newspaper flows into more pale malt with brown sugar and a drizzle of caramel. Touches of toast, caramel, and soft cassonade sugar finish it out with just the right ammount of residual sugars.

Slight hazy honey gold hue, with a white head, but falls quickly, leaving a ring of foam, yeasty, fruity, honeyed pale malt, bready dough, spicy nose with some pear, ripe apple, light lemon citrusy, zesty esters, with a hint of nutmeg spiciness and a mild candi sugar aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, spicy, honeyish pale malt character, with some bready dough, candi sugar accents, some fruity pear, Granny Smith apple, lemon, zesty citrusy notes, with a faint flowery hop grassiness, leading towards a spicy, honey, lingering hop bitterness finish.
