Bottle. Filtered, then bottled with sugar and yeast.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Hops, Yeast.
This scintillating golden ale boasts a rich, fruity, and fresh aroma. And a light malty and sweet taste. It has a soft bitterness with a friendly aftertaste. A well-balanced blend of complexity and simplicity. La Trappe Blond continues to ferment in the bottle.

Small bottle. Cloudy dark yellow body with a medium head. Yeasty and bready aroma. Quite wheaty taste but it’s not sourish like a witbier would be. Finish has some hop bitterness. It’s a decent Belgian Blond ale but it lacks something that would make it stand out among the masses. Even Leffe is more recognisable.

Pours a hazy looking golden colour with big long lasting white head. Very pleasant smell of herbs and fruits. Medium body with somewhat aggressive carbonation. Feels really smooth on tongue. Taste is a beautiful combination of sweet and bitter. Fruits, herbs, grass, biscuits... Lovely balance. Overall, excellent ale. Pleasant, smooth, refreshing.... Loved it.

Fľaša 330 ml z Drinkshopu. Jemná biela pena, žltá jemne zakalená farba, aróma sladu a ovocia. Vyššia nasýtenosť plná sladovo ovocná chuť, na konci cukríky. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It pours a hazy pale golden color (about 7 SRM) with a white, rocky, evanescent foam. Aroma of citrus, coriander and yellow fruit, which turns into peach, bubble gum, strawberry and some black pepper. Sweet, velvety but light-bodied with a high carbonation. The aftertaste is phenolic and lasts in the mouth for decades. Not the best belgian golden ale ever tasted but surely a decent one.

Bottle @ DØE region. Appearance: pours slightly hazy amber with good beige soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: brown sugar, coriander, oranges and some fruity/yeasty notes. palette: strong yeasty aroma, average to sparkling carbonation, medium body, medium to notable sugar sweetness, somewhat balanced by a medium bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: pretty good Belgian

Pretty poor beer. Fruity/yeasty aromas and flavours. Refreshing beer (even at cool temperature). But the aromas and flavours are pretty simple, hardly felt anything on the palate... pretty disappointing for a trappist in my opinion, but well blond beers are really not my cup of tea !

Smooth and enjoyable ale. Fresh sweet tones and a ’gliding’ aftertaste. Not a lot of bitterness though.

Fris blond bier. Wat fruitig. Verder niets bijzonders. Goed te drinken in ieder geval. Ruikt wel wat vreemd.

Unfortunately beer started gushing out of the bottle making it hard to pour it. Beer was hazy with thick, white head. Pleasant aroma of fruit and spices. Carbonation was suprisingly low. Taste is lightly sweet with small bitterness.

Pours hazy pale yellow with thin white head. Floral aroma, a bit estery too. Taste is light sweet with smooth bitter finish. Light body, easy drinking, nice belgian ale.

Aroma frutado e bem agradável. Cor dourada com espuma branca e densa. Sabor maltado um tanto adocicado, deixando um paladar leve apesar do tero alcoólico médio.
