Bottle. Filtered, then bottled with sugar and yeast.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Hops, Yeast.
This scintillating golden ale boasts a rich, fruity, and fresh aroma. And a light malty and sweet taste. It has a soft bitterness with a friendly aftertaste. A well-balanced blend of complexity and simplicity. La Trappe Blond continues to ferment in the bottle.

Nice orangey amber with good amount of carbonation. I like the nose on this, but it wasn’t anything spectacular. A little sweet, with some appley tones. Very little in the amount of flavour, either cold or after some warming. It wasn’t as thin as it could have been, and I wasn’t all that disappointed. Perhaps I wasn’t expecting a whole lot.

33cl bottle. Yeasty and hoppy. A very good example of Belgian ale. Fruity, moderately sweet, lively carbonated beer. ABV is very well hidden. I prefer it to be served around 7-8degC. Smooth and velvety to the last drop.

0,33L bottle, BB 12.2015. Aroma is sweet, fresh fruits, perfumy and yeast. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. The head stays. Taste is sweet, fruity, little bit spicy, and some yeast. Alcohol is noticeable, but not unpleasant. Overall: very easy to drink, nicely balanced.
