This unique seasonal product is the world’s only Trappist bock ale. Brewed exclusively with natural ingredients, this ale post-ferments slightly in its bottle. It has a deep red colour, an intensely rich taste, and a malty aroma. Aromatic hop varieties and types of burnt malt render this ale its delicate bitterness that blends surprisingly well with its slightly sweet undertone.

La Trappe Bock has 7% ABV.

Interesting bock beer. Strong at first, but smooth in the end, warm with a hint of bitterness.

Trappist beers have a huge renomme in the beer world. But this is the one and only Trappist Bock Beer in the world! And it’s the proof that they know about brewing beer. It’s a pure and very good Bock. And even as La Trappe has some help from the Bavaria Brwery - this is much, much better and purer.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2015 From the bottle. Pours a brown beer with a big white head. Starts with a sweet and erupts in a bitter more spiced taste. Definitely a special bock beer and more suitable who isn?t satisfied with the standard brands.
