COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This unique seasonal product is the world’s only Trappist bock ale. Brewed exclusively with natural ingredients, this ale post-ferments slightly in its bottle. It has a deep red colour, an intensely rich taste, and a malty aroma. Aromatic hop varieties and types of burnt malt render this ale its delicate bitterness that blends surprisingly well with its slightly sweet undertone.

La Trappe Bock has 7% ABV.

Uma boa cerveja, mas esperava mais de uma sozonal da La Trappe. Mas vale a pena pelo preço.

750ml bottle. Unfiltered amber-brown body. Massive creamy beige head, steady, laces the glass. Burnt coffee grounds, brown chocolate, caramel malt tones. Earthy dry hop balance. Creamy on the palate, world class mouthfeel. A very Dutch beer, this doesn’t capture the lager notes I would hope for in a Bock. Quite excellent still, a unique beer.

This pours a cloudy, medium brown color with a foamy brown head. The aroma is sweet full of malts and hints of spice. The flavor is thick full of nutty, plum, dried fruit flavors. Very yeasty, lots of carbonation with a bitter finish.
