Dark red colour. Soft, fruity nose. Smooth, toffee, almost buttery in flavour with a light touch of chocolate. Flowery hop profile. Nice, long caramelly/choclatey finish. Medium bodied.

A bock what is not my taste. It is too bitter. I like a sweeter bock beer.

Poured with a nice head and some lace. Very ahcoholic aroma. decent dark wood color. Not as sweet as I would expect in a bock. Give ’em credit for distinction though. Full mouth filling body. Slightly unpleasant bitter finish. Not one of my favorites.

Bottled: Burgundy colour. Light brown coloured. Light spiced, fruity and sweet aroma. Flavour is fruity and malty. Is quite light. Ends on a fruity note. Quite nice, but not a trappist.

Colour could be a little bit darker, with more red shining through. Taste and smells very sweet, don’t really like that. Nice body to it though.

Heerlijke textuur en bitterheid, pure chocolade, blijft lang hangen, maar geur doet iets minder aan. Prachtige licht bruine schuimlaag.

An opaque dark red beer with a brown head. The aroma is a weird sweet honey one. The flavor is sour malty with hints of chocolate.

Pours dark amber colored with a red gleam and a foamy tan head. Sweet soda pop-like berry flavor. Sweet flavor as well with some malt and quite a lot of berries. Foamy mouthfull.

Murky amber colour with a good beige head. Really pukey malt. FULL of yeast, waaaaaay over the top and sickly. Sweet malt, some caramel and nuts and a rather spicy finish with a lengthy bitterness. Far from entertaining.

This poured a darker red color with an off white head. Aroma was grassy german hops, sweet malt and some yeast. Flavor was very odd and off, very sweet, some garbage taste and grassy hops. A german style, clashes hard with belgian character.
