I’d say about 12’Celsius would be best. It’s quite complex en bitter compared to most Dutch bocks nowadays. Light sweet, roasted, butterscotch. bb (2976), Martinez, California, USA

Nose of caramel, fruit (fig) and lots of bread. Burnt marshmallow afterthought. The flavor is malty with burnt sugar. Nice malty complexities throughout the flavor that just vanish in the finish. Nice drinker though. larsniclas (3392), Gothenburg, Sweden

Pepper on the nose also dried fruit and some spice. Sweet smooth taste without being over the top, some butterscotch, meaty characters, medium body, coffee and well balanced. Served a tad too cold to fully appreciate this drop. rlgk (3378), Vårgårda, Sweden

Lots of plums and caramel up front. Flavor starts with a sweet and fruity taste mixing with some mild spice and dark malts. There’s a nice and semi-sweet cocoa middle along with some more fruits and spices. A nice yeasty finish comes up and leaves a mild sweetness.
