A beutiful dark brown beer with a good head. It has the aroma of yeast and fruit - and is very fruity in the taste. It is missing something to round off the taste of fruit.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown with a golden hue and a collapsing orange/brown head. Aroma is sweet caramel malty with a mild underlying fruityness and a minor yeast note. Mouthfeel is only mildly carbonated. Flavour starts sweet with clear caramel malt notes but quickly turn into a more fruity sweetness. Along the way a note of nuts and dried fruit can be sensed before the beer descends into a soft malty finish with a mild bitterness and a bite from the yeasty spice notes.

Bottled. Ruby brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of lum, raisins, licorace, weakalcohol and some other things. Flavour of sweet cookies, raisins, licorace and weak sting of alcohol. Also some bitterness and sourness noted. Lovely palate, except that the carbonation is a bit hard.

Bottle. Very dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is not sweet, but not exactly dry either. Perhaps a little sweetness in the fruitiness along with roasted notes.
